You have the venue. You may even have the inspiration. Now you need a clear plan for how the celebration should look, feel, and flow within the space you actually selected. The Venue Design Plan is a comprehensive, venue-specific roadmap for couples who want professional design guidance while remaining responsible for purchasing, vendor communication, and execution. Rather than offering disconnected décor suggestions, this service considers the complete visual experience—from the first guest arrival through the final reception detail. We’ll evaluate the venue’s existing architecture, layout, focal points, transitions, limitations, and opportunities. Your plan may include an overarching visual direction, ceremony and reception priorities, floor-plan feedback, a coordinated tablescape concept, floral placement and scale, rental recommendations, stationery and signage direction, lighting and ambience guidance, guest-experience details, and a curated sourcing list. All recommendations will be gathered into one consolidated design document that you can use when communicating with your florist, rental company, stationer, coordinator, and other creative partners. The Venue Design Plan does not include purchasing, full vendor management, contract review, installation, or ongoing creative direction. Couples seeking comprehensive design development and implementation may be better suited to the Signature Experience.
