Tablescape Studio
A beautifully composed table, designed down to the final thoughtful detail.
Service Description
Your tablescape is one of the most immersive design elements of your wedding. It is where guests will spend much of the celebration—and where linens, florals, place settings, stationery, candlelight, and texture must come together as one considered composition. Tablescape Studio is a focused design service dedicated to developing one complete tabletop concept for your wedding. We’ll begin by reviewing your venue, guest-table dimensions, existing floral or rental proposals, inspiration, priorities, and approximate per-table budget. Your custom concept may include recommendations for linens, runners, chairs, chargers, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, floral scale, vessels, candles, lighting, stationery placement, and finishing details. Every selection will be considered both individually and as part of the full room, ensuring your tables feel beautiful without becoming impractical, overcrowded, or disconnected from the rest of your celebration. You’ll receive one visual composition or rendering, a coordinated shopping or rental list, and an estimated per-table cost to help guide implementation. Tablescape Studio covers one primary guest-table design. Additional table styles, sourcing, revisions, vendor communication, purchasing, and on-site styling may be added separately when available.
