Floral proposals can be difficult to evaluate when you are unfamiliar with scale, mechanics, labor, flower varieties, or what will create the greatest visual impact in your particular venue. Floral Proposal Review gives you an independent design perspective before you approve or revise your floral plans. You’ll submit your florist’s proposal along with your inspiration, venue information, design priorities, and floral budget. I’ll review how closely the proposal aligns with your intended aesthetic, whether the scale and placement of each arrangement support the space, and how effectively your budget is being distributed across the celebration. Your personalized recommendations will identify which floral moments are worth protecting, where quantities or scale may be reduced, which arrangements may be repurposed, where additional impact may be needed, and how to clearly request revisions from your florist. This service is intended to help you enter your next florist conversation feeling informed and confident. It does not include direct negotiation, floral ordering, recipe development, vendor management, or unlimited proposal reviews. Final flower availability, mechanics, pricing, and execution remain at the discretion of your florist.
