Service Description
Not every couple needs a comprehensive design package. Sometimes you need professional direction for one meaningful element—or a carefully selected combination of support that reflects the way you are already planning your wedding. Build-a-Care allows you to assemble a customized design experience from compatible Studio modules. Depending on your priorities, you may choose support for your: visual identity and palette ceremony design tablescape floral direction stationery and signage lighting and ambience welcome experience quote and budget review rental sourcing final styling plan installation oversight. Combine three compatible modules for a more connected design plan. Your final scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment will be clearly defined before booking so you know exactly what is—and is not—included. Build-a-Care is ideal for couples who want targeted expertise while continuing to manage the broader planning and execution themselves. Because each module is intentionally scoped, additional meetings, revisions, sourcing, vendor communication, renderings, purchasing, and on-site support are not included unless specifically listed in your proposal. If your needs extend across the majority of your venue or require ongoing creative direction, the Venue Design Plan or Signature Event Design experience may provide a more seamless fit.
