Before your audit, you’ll submit your current budget, relevant proposals, inspiration, venue information, and design priorities. I’ll review your materials through four strategic lenses: what to protect, what to reduce, what to repurpose, and where your investment could be reallocated for greater visual impact. You’ll receive practical, personalized recommendations identifying potential overspending, missed opportunities, strategic substitutions, and the design choices most deserving of your budget. This service provides guidance for revising your plans but does not include vendor negotiation, purchasing, ongoing budget management, or unlimited proposal revisions.
